About William
Having assumed senior sales management and business development roles for the best part of 25 years, most recently as a self-employed business development consultant, William has a proven track record in implementing business development plans, managing change, leading teams across borders, motivating people, and building relationships both internally and externally to add real business value.
Joining Jayva in 2021, William is responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy internationally for our global business according to our defined plan with duties spanning the website, branding and brand awareness, content and social media marketing, amongst others.
A key part of William’s role is mentoring our management team through a continued period of company expansion whilst identifying opportunities for further growth, be it from new alliances, new markets or new products.
William is fluent in Japanese and well-travelled. Originally hailing from the same village as Nicola in Gosforth, Cumbria, William now lives in Northamptonshire. He has also lived in Sweden and Japan. William is a motorbike and sailing enthusiast who loves the outdoor lifestyle in his birth place, the Lake District.
